A new Committee Structure was adopted at the Police Authority AGM 19 June 2007. The purpose of this change was to enhance the Authority's oversight and scutiny role and encourage more dynamic decision making. Click here to find out more about the current structure.

Humberside Police Authority adopted a new Committee Structure in June 2007. Prior to these revisions, the Authority held quarterly meetings, with an additional meeting in February to approve the Policing Plan and set the budget for the following year. A variety of sub-committees were also held on a quarterly basis throughout the year (with the exception of the Standards Committee that was held twice per year).
