Force Independent Advisory Group

During 2006 the Police Authority took over the support and administration of the Force level Independent Advisory Group in order to proceed towards a truly independent group.
 
The new look Group will be working to a new structure with sub-committees covering all aspects of local policing. Please click here to view the new structure and Membership.

EXECUTIVE CORE GROUP

 
The F.I.A.G's Executive Core Group (ECG) consists of the Chair, 4 Vice-Chairs, Police Authority representative and Police Force representative and provides directional leadership for the running of the FIAG.
 
The ECG’s duties include such roles as setting the Agenda, Financing, Disciplinary as well as providing a united cohesive public relations/media face.
